2026 HOA Dues
CCHA annual dues are $800.00. To pay dues online after June 30, 2026, please pay a total of $841.00 if using a credit card or $821.00 if making a bank transfer (ACH). These prices include 2% interest (June and July) and bank fees. Note that your bank may charge additionally for a bank transfer.
