2026 HOA Dues
CCHA annual dues are $800.00. To pay dues online after August 31, 2026, please pay a total of $857.00 if using a credit card or $837.00 if making a bank transfer (ACH). These prices include 1% annual interest (June, July and August) and bank fees. Note that your bank may charge additionally for a bank transfer.
