The Carriage Crossing subdivision, located in Leawood, Kansas, is a quiet community comprised of 193 single family homes.

Trash Contract

We have finalized a renewal of the HOA trash agreement with GFL. They continue to be the lowest price among the available disposal companies. Thanks to all that took time to participate in the FB poll that was posted a few weeks ago, as well as the many comments. There have been two changes to our services moving forward:

We have added lawn/leaf bag pickups for the month of March. Moving forward, GFL will pick up a maximum of 10 bags per household March through August, and 20 bags September through December.
There will no longer be one free large item pickup each month. However, the cost of the large item pickup has been lowered from $75/item to $50/item.

As a reminder, information regarding the weekly pick ups, as well as the GFL contact information is pinned to the top of our CCHA Facebook page. We will continue to try to work with GFL to address customer service issues.
