Welcome to the Carriage Crossing Subdivision
 
The Carriage Crossing subdivision, located in Leawood, Kansas is a quiet neighborhood consisting of 193 single family homes.  The subdivision began development in 1985 and was completed in 1995. Carriage Crossing is located between Roe Avenue and Nall Avenue with 130th Terrace as the main east/west access street. The subdivision offers many amenities to its residents such as an in ground pool, and many areas of well maintained public grounds.
 
Carriage Crossing is within minutes of great shopping and dining options, including Town Center Plaza, Park Place, and the Prairiefire shopping center. Town Center offers tons of shopping and delicious dinner options from local restaurants. Park Place hosts many family friendly events throughout the year, including Second Saturday for the kids, "movies in the square," live music on weekends, and ice skating during the winter months! Prairiefire also offers several great dining options, as well as the Museum at Prairiefire, and AMC theater, and Pinstripes, a local eatery that offers bocce and bowling! 
 
There are several parks near the Carriage Crossing subdivision, including I-Lan Park that has play equipment for kids, as well as a nature walking/biking trail. Gezer Park is a short 5 minute drive away and also has lots of play equipment for kids and a paved "loop" around a pond that is great for walks with the dog!
 
Carriage Crossing is served by the award-winning Blue Valley School District.  The nearby schools are Overland Trail Elementary, Overland Trail Middle, and Blue Valley North High.
