Hello Members,

 

Considering the survey results, only a handful of members want an association garage sale event. With that and the Covid-19 liability to an association sponsored event, the board has decided not to promote or sponsor a neighborhood garage sale this fall. However, should you decide to have your own garage sale assuming all responsibility and liability, CCHA would not oppose. 

The Neighborhood Event will be reconsidered in the Spring. Thank you for your understanding.
