CCHA Board Members

New and Existing Members,
We are in need of volunteers to fill three more spots on the CCHA board. We hope you might consider serving, and would like to give you a bit more information to help in your evaluation.
Each elected volunteer serves a 2-year term on the HOA Board. Our Board is comprised of nine members, with five of the members’ 2-year terms completing one year and the other four members completing their term the following year. In this way we retain some continuity each year as the board membership evolves.
Not time consuming at all with the Board meeting approximately 8 - 9 times per year - generally once per month during the spring/summer/fall seasons. Meetings last 40 to 75 minutes. Each member is expected to report on issues and actions pertaining to their role and complete any required actions in the ensuing weeks following the meeting. Email is also utilized by board members to keep the communication going between meetings as well.
Serving is a good way to strengthen and make some wonderful friendships, and develop a deeper appreciation for what it takes to keep our neighborhood looking great. New members are encouraged to volunteer! A GREAT way to connect!
