A neighborhood can be every bit as enticing as the homes themselves. A recent survey by a leading real estate firm highlighted the community attributes that home buyers said were important to them. When you decide where to live, you are not only choosing your home, you are choosing a neighborhood. A community's unique characteristics have a major impact on the lifestyle of its' residents, the desireability of the neighborhood, and ultimately the market value of the properties and surrounding areas.

Community Street Repairs

The CCHA Board has found out from the City of Leawood that our streets will be up for resurfacing and repair beginning this summer.  The City has stated that half of the subdividsion will be repaved this summer and the other half will be completed the following summer.

CCHA Community Garage Sale
Thursday, May 31st to Saturday, June 2nd
Mark your calendars for the Carriage Crossing Community Garage Sale — Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 31- June 2.
 
As in previous years, CCHA will handle the advertising and notify the City of Leawood.
 
Clean out your closets, basements and garages and sell those unwanted items. You’ll be glad you did!
